There are people in the church who want to help you and support you while you are caring for others. Care Community Teams are a group of people who are committed to helping you while you are caring for your foster or adopted children. These teams have committed to helping you by bringing meals, helping with lawn care, child care, homework help, provide services, etc. Once you have a care community team, a team leader will be your main point of contact. They will handle scheduling for the rest of the team. Of course, you will get to know the whole team but the leader is there to take care of the details.
