Christians are not excluded from anxiety or depression. In fact, the Bible does not shy away from this topic. For example, the Psalms speak to these realities, and we even see the prophet Jeremiah and King David wrestle through times of great anxiousness and desolation. God knows our struggles and wants to meet us in it.
